First, a natural, rich red wine from the Spanish Mediterranean coast:- Pedro Olivares Bobal: an excellent example of the indigenous grape Bobal from the Utiel-Requena region. From high altitude organic vineyards (1000 m) fermented in wild yeast, a wine that is warming and full-bodied but also smooth with oodles of confit berry fruit and hints of cocoa. You will also be able to taste a luscious sweet wine from Southern France: Muscat de Saint-Jean Minervois Gravillas: ‘Douce Providence’ is as delightful as its name suggests being floral and fruity with whiffs of orange flower and honeysuckle combining with flavours of sweet pink grapefruit and mandarine. The finish has such a refreshing tang. Both wines are biodynamic and YUM!” Last chance to buy your Christmas wines here.
