Our seasonal highlights are:  Rhubarb & Ginger CompoteRhubarb & Orange Compote.  Both made with Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb; they are tangy, full of flavour and have a wonderful natural bright pink colour. Great for breakfast with Greek yohurt and Granola or porridge.  Seville Orange Marmalade.  Our award winning deliciously bitter-sweet marmalade with a wonderfully intense flavour.”

Olives – Mar de Olivos From Mar and her homeland Andalusia. Mar says “I bring Mediterranean diet based products to help you eat healthily: fresh marinated Spanish olives and newly harvested extra virgin olive oil full of antioxidants and vitamins.

You can choose your favourite olives from our range of hot, mild, pitted, vegan, organic or unpitted traditional Spanish marinated olives. Ask me for some advice to choose your bottle of extra virgin olive oil, either for cooking or finishing, organic or conventional, mild, medium or robust oil.
I also bring olive products such as tapenade and chocolate with extra virgin olive oil, in a bar or as a spread (no palm oil on my stall!)
This Saturday we are also giving a free bottle of gazpacho for each purchase of £20 or more at the stall. If you want to place an order of extra virgin olive oil (evoo) or olives please contact me on 047803299249 or info@mardeolivos.co.uk. See you.  Mar”

Cakes – Brett and Bailey  Joe says “Our classic handmade marmalade is back for 2020 – dark, coarse-cut and with just enough dark brown sugar for that must-have molasses sweetness, it’s a real treat on hot buttered toast at any time of day. So good that the Great Taste Awards gave it a gold star in 2016. Stop by and try.

There’ll be plenty of cake to go around too – expect a brand new milk chocolate and Turkish delight cake, the return of our raspberry and pink peppercorn gateau, blood orange and elderflower cake, rhubarb crumble, double carrot, chocolate Guinness, and a swirly blueberry and lemon cheesecake.

There’ll also be wedges of lemon meringue pie, raspberry bakewells, triple chocolate cookies, peanut butter bars, salted chocolate brownies with pecans and white chocolate chunks, sticky buns, and cardamom knots.
We’ll also have a big batch of semlor and some incredible new saffron versions (known to the Swedes as lussesemlor) too.  Need a whole cake next Saturday? Order by Wednesday night and we’ll have it freshly-baked and ready for you to collect from the stall.”
