Our seasonal highlights are: Rhubarb & Ginger Compote, Rhubarb & Orange Compote. Both made with Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb; they are tangy, full of flavour and have a wonderful natural bright pink colour. Great for breakfast with Greek yohurt and Granola or porridge. Seville Orange Marmalade. Our award winning deliciously bitter-sweet marmalade with a wonderfully intense flavour.”
