Cakes

CakesBrett and Bailey  Joe says “It might be wet and windy but you can’t keep a good market down. This Saturday we’ll in our usual spot, but trading Del Boy-style from the back of our orange van.

Expect a bootload of beautiful cakes and bakes including Rhubarbra Streisand, pistachio and honey cake, chocolate Guinness, double carrot, lemon and rosemary drizzle, and a white chocolate and passion fruit cheesecake.
There’ll also be lots of our usual favourites including sticky buns and cardamom knots (a weekend without them doesn’t bear thinking about), peanut butter bars, pecan-studded brownies, milk chocolate and orange cookies, raspberry bakewells, and a couple of dozen semlor (fewer than usual and it’s first come first served).
We’ll also have plenty of pots of handmade preserves, including some scrumptious raspberry and violet jam that we made earlier this week. These will be tucked out of sight somewhere, so don’t forget to ask us for a sample.

Need a whole cake next weekend? Order by 6pm Wednesday and we’ll have it ready for you to collect from the stall.  See you soon!”
