Blocked-off roads Opinion 2 – 🔴Serious question: what is the point of consultations that completely ignore local residents?

The above question was posed by Clean Air for All Dulwich (campaign group against Low Traffic Neighbourhoods in LB Southwark) in response to a post pasted by a resident living in a LB Lambeth LTN.   And the answer?:
