E-scooter train ban starts tomorrow (Thursday) – Move also applies to e-skateboards, e-unicycles and hoverboards (and taking them on railway replacement buses)

E-scooters, e-skateboards, e-unicycles and hoverboards are banned from Thameslink, southeastern, Southern Rail and Gatwick Express services from tomorrow (June 1st). The ban - which also applies to other rail services elswewhere in the country - follows recommendations from the London Fire Brigade and the Rail Safety Standards Board.
